Kadrum — AI Photo & Video Generation (iOS & Android & Telegram Bot)
Last updated: June 16, 2026
This document sets out the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy ("Terms", "Privacy Policy", together the "Agreement") governing your access to and use of the Kadrum AI photo and video generation service ("Service") through the iOS App and the Android App, operated by Iurii Grinko, Individual Entrepreneur (registered in the Republic of Armenia, TIN: 73066131, address: Babayan 38, apt. 37, Yerevan, Armenia) ("Operator", "we", "us", "our").
The Service is available through:
The App and the Bot are connected through a shared Kadrum account and a shared Credits balance (see Section 4.4), but they are operated by two separate, independent businesses. The App is operated by the Operator named above. The Bot is operated by a separate, independent business partner (the "Bot Operator") — under its own separate terms (the "Bot Terms"), currently published at https://kadrum.online/info/politics. By starting or using the Bot, you additionally accept the Bot Terms, which govern matters specific to the Bot — including the applicable minimum age, payment, refunds, data handling, and governing law — and which may differ from this Agreement. This Agreement governs your use of the App; where you use the Bot, the Bot Terms control for anything specific to the Bot, and this Agreement applies only as referenced from the Bot Terms or as expressly noted in specific sections below (for example, Section 4.4 on the shared Credits balance).
Our website at https://kadrum.pro currently hosts informational pages, including this document, but is not itself an access channel for using the Service.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App. Use of the Bot is separately governed by the Bot Terms referenced above.
Kadrum is an AI-powered platform that allows users to generate and edit photos and videos using artificial intelligence. Available features are described in the App interface and may be updated over time.
The Service is a creative and entertainment tool for experimenting with visual content. It is not professional software and is not intended for identity verification, biometric purposes, creation of official or legally binding materials, or any tasks requiring guaranteed accuracy and reproducibility of results.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any features or capabilities of the Service at any time. The current description of available features is displayed in the App interface.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 16, you must not use the App. The Bot has its own, separate minimum age requirement (currently 18 years), as set out in the Bot Terms (Section 1) — even though Credits are shared between the App and the Bot, meeting the App's age requirement does not by itself make you eligible to use the Bot.
Your Kadrum account is created automatically the first time you use the App or Bot. Your account is identified by your platform user ID (Apple ID, Google Account, or Telegram account, depending on the access channel used). You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account.
New users may receive a limited number of free trial Credits. The terms and availability of trial access are determined at our sole discretion and may change at any time.
You must not share, transfer, or sell access to your account or Credits. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account.
The Service operates on a credit-based model. Users purchase Credits ("Credits", displayed as "Frames" in the App interface). Credits are virtual items with no monetary value outside the Service. They represent a prepaid right to use the Service's generation features and are deducted automatically when you perform operations. The number of Credits required for a specific operation is displayed in the interface before you confirm the action.
Credits may be purchased within the iOS App or Android App using the in-app purchase functionality provided by Apple Inc. ("App Store") or Google LLC ("Google Play"), respectively. All in-app purchases are subject to the terms and policies of the applicable platform:
By completing an in-app purchase, you acknowledge that payment is processed entirely by Apple or Google, as applicable. The Operator does not collect or store your payment information in connection with in-app purchases.
In addition to in-app purchases, Credits may also be purchased through the Bot. Such purchases are made with, and the payment is processed by, the Bot Operator (see Section 1) — not the Operator named in this Agreement — using payment processors made available by the Bot Operator, and are governed by the Bot Terms rather than by this Agreement. Once credited to your account, Credits purchased via the Bot become part of your single, shared Credits balance described in Section 4.4.
Your Credits balance is linked to your Kadrum account and is shared across all access channels — iOS App, Android App, and Bot. Credits purchased or received through any channel are available on all others. This sharing is made possible by an arrangement between the Operator and the Bot Operator (see Section 1) to maintain a single, common Credits balance for your account; it does not make either party responsible for obligations that this Agreement or the Bot Terms place specifically on the other.
Purchased Credits do not expire, regardless of which channel — App or Bot — they were purchased through. However, if your account is terminated for violation of these Terms, or if the Service is discontinued, remaining Credits may be forfeited as described in Section 11.
Credit purchases are one-time transactions. There is no automatic renewal or recurring billing unless an explicit subscription option is offered, separately disclosed, and consented to by you.
All in-app purchase transactions are processed exclusively by Apple or Google. The Operator cannot issue refunds for in-app purchases made through the App Store or Google Play. To request a refund for such a purchase, please contact the applicable platform directly:
Refunds for in-app purchases are subject to the refund policies of Apple or Google, as applicable, and are at their sole discretion. Independently of the platform's decision, it is our policy that once any Credits from a purchased Credit package have been used, the entire package is no longer eligible for a refund — see Section 5.3. If Apple or Google requests our input on a refund request, we will state this position.
Credits purchased through the Bot are sold by, and paid to, the Bot Operator (see Section 1) — not the Operator named in this Agreement. Refunds for such purchases are governed exclusively by the Bot Terms, which set out their own conditions, time limits, and procedure for requesting a refund, and which may differ from the policy described in Section 5.1 or Section 5.3. To request a refund for a Bot purchase, follow the procedure set out in the Bot Terms. The Operator named in this Agreement does not process, guarantee, or otherwise have any obligation with respect to refunds for purchases made via the Bot.
Credit packages are non-divisible for refund purposes: if you purchase a package of Credits (for example, 100 Credits) and use any portion of it (for example, 1 Credit), the entire package is considered used and is not eligible for a refund, regardless of how many Credits remain unused.
Subjective dissatisfaction with AI-generated results (e.g., quality, style, likeness) does not constitute a defect and is not grounds for a refund or claim.
When using the Service, you must not:
You may only upload photos or videos of yourself or of other individuals for whom you have obtained explicit consent. By uploading any material, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use it and that all individuals depicted have given their permission.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any materials you upload comply with applicable laws, including obtaining any necessary consents from third parties depicted in such materials.
We may use automated systems, manual review, or both to screen uploaded photos and videos, generation requests, and generated results for compliance with this Section 6 and applicable law. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice or explanation, to refuse to process, to decline, to interrupt, or to remove any specific upload, request, or generated content that we believe violates these Terms, infringes any third-party right, or is otherwise inappropriate — regardless of whether your account is otherwise in good standing and independently of any account-level action under Section 6.5. Such a refusal does not, by itself, constitute a defect in the Service.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. In cases of serious or repeated violations, unused Credits may be forfeited without compensation.
If you encounter generated content, an upload, or any other material within the Service that you believe is abusive, infringing, illegal, or otherwise violates this Section 6, you may report it to us at support@kadrum.pro, describing the content and the reason for your report (including, where possible, a screenshot or other identifying details). We review reports and take appropriate action at our discretion, which may include removing the content, restricting the relevant feature, or suspending the account responsible, in accordance with Sections 6.4 and 6.5.
AI generation is probabilistic by nature. Results may contain artifacts, distortions, inaccuracies, or other imperfections. We do not guarantee that any generated image or video will meet your expectations in terms of quality, style, likeness, or any other criteria.
Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results on subjective grounds does not constitute a defect in the Service and is not a basis for a refund or legal claim.
All rights to the Service, including its interface, design, code, algorithms, databases, and documentation, belong to the Operator or are used under valid licenses. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of or rights to the Service itself.
You retain rights to content you create using the Service (generated images and videos), including for commercial use, subject to applicable third-party rights and legal restrictions. You are solely responsible for how you use and distribute generated content.
You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload any photos, videos, or other materials to the Service and that such use does not infringe on any third-party rights.
By uploading a photo, video, or other material to the Service, you grant the Operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable (solely to the third-party processors described in Section 15.5) license to store, copy, process, transmit, and create derivative works from that material, solely to the extent necessary to provide the Service to you (including generating the result you requested and the limited retention described in Section 15.4). This license does not transfer ownership of your material, ends when the material is deleted in accordance with Section 15.4, and does not grant us any right to use your material for our own independent purposes, including AI model training, except as separately permitted under Section 15.6.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users of the Service to do the same. If you believe that material available through the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice to our designated contact at support@kadrum.pro, identifying:
Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will review it and may remove or disable access to the identified material and, in cases of repeated infringement, suspend or terminate the responsible account, consistent with Section 6.5. Users of the iOS App and Android App may, where required by Apple's or Google's policies, also submit complaints through the applicable platform's own copyright-reporting mechanism.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for:
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to this Agreement and your use of the App shall not exceed the total amount you paid to the Operator for the Service in the 1 month preceding the claim via in-app purchases through the App Store or Google Play. Amounts paid to the Bot Operator for Credits purchased via the Bot are not included in this calculation and are addressed, if at all, under the Bot Terms. This limitation does not apply to your indemnification obligations under Section 10.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Operator, its officers, contractors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and legal costs) arising out of or related to:
We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense of that claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the App. You may delete your account and all associated data either from within the App (open Settings → Delete account) or, without reinstalling the App, by following the instructions on our account deletion page at https://kadrum.pro/info/delete-account/ or by contacting support@kadrum.pro. We process deletion requests within 30 days. Upon account deletion, any remaining unused Credits will be forfeited and are not refundable, except where a refund may be available for Bot purchases under the Bot Terms (see Section 5.2). See Section 19 for details on how your data is handled upon deletion.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. In cases of termination for violation, unused Credits may be forfeited without compensation.
If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance. Any unused Credits remaining after discontinuation will be forfeited, unless a refund is available for Credits purchased via the Bot, in accordance with the Bot Terms (see Section 5.2).
The following terms apply specifically to your use of the iOS App distributed via the Apple App Store:
The following terms apply specifically to your use of the Android App distributed via Google Play:
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. This Section 13 governs this Agreement and your use of the App. The Bot Terms (see Section 1) contain their own, separate governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions, which differ from this Section and apply to matters specific to the Bot.
We encourage you to contact us first at support@kadrum.pro to resolve any issues informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Armenia.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
When you start using the Service, an account is created automatically and linked to the identifier provided by the access channel you use: your Apple ID (iOS), your Google Account ID (Android), or your Telegram user ID (Bot). We do not require a separate registration form, and we do not collect your name, date of birth, or government ID unless you choose to provide it to us directly (for example, when contacting support).
See Section 15 ("Photo, Video, and Facial Data Processing") below for a detailed, dedicated description of how we handle the images and videos you upload.
When you purchase Credits in the App, we receive confirmation of the transaction (amount, date, Credit quantity) from Apple or Google, as applicable. We do not collect or store your card number, bank details, or other payment credentials — these are handled entirely by Apple or Google. For Credits purchased via the Bot, the transaction is handled by the Bot Operator (see Section 1) under the Bot Terms, and we only learn the resulting Credit quantity added to your shared balance (see Section 4.4), not your payment details.
We automatically collect limited technical data needed to operate and secure the Service, including: device type and operating system version, app version, IP address, language settings, crash logs, and basic usage events (e.g., which features you use, how many Credits you spend). This data is used for diagnostics, fraud prevention, and improving the Service, and is not used to build an advertising profile about you.
If you contact our support team, we keep a record of that correspondence (including any files you choose to attach) in order to respond to you and improve our support process.
Because the Service's core function is generating and editing images and videos from photos you provide, this section describes — separately and in detail — exactly how that content is handled. The license you grant us to process this content is set out separately in Section 8.4.
You voluntarily choose to upload a photo or video to the Service each time you want to generate or edit content. Uploading a photo or video is an explicit, affirmative action on your part and constitutes your consent to the processing described in this section. We do not access your device's photo library, camera, or files unless you initiate an upload and grant the corresponding device permission.
To produce the requested result, your uploaded photo or video (or a derivative prepared from it, such as a cropped or background-removed version) is transmitted over an encrypted connection (TLS) to our servers and, where required for the selected effect, to the servers of the third-party AI processors described in Section 15.5. Processing may include:
This processing is performed by automated means, without human review of your specific photo, unless you contact support and voluntarily share it with us for troubleshooting purposes.
Facial key points and other technical reference data (such as pose or depth maps) detected for the purpose of applying an effect are used only for the duration of that processing job and are deleted automatically within a short period after the result is generated — in the ordinary case, within 24 hours. They are not used to build a persistent biometric template of your face, and they are not compared against other users' data or any external database for identification or authentication purposes. Kadrum does not perform facial recognition for the purpose of identifying who you are — only for locating facial features within a single photo to apply the requested visual effect to that same photo.
We retain the source photo/video you upload and the result we generate for as long as your account remains active, so that you can return to the App and re-download, re-edit, or regenerate at any time without re-uploading. You may request that we delete a specific photo, video, or result sooner by contacting support@kadrum.pro.
If you delete your account (Section 19), all of your photos, videos, and generated results are deleted as part of that process, except where longer retention is required to investigate fraud, abuse, or a legal claim, or to comply with a legal obligation.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your photos, videos, or facial data to any third party, ever. We do not share them with advertisers or data brokers, and we do not use them for any purpose other than providing the generation result you requested.
Within our own organization, access to your photo, video, or facial data is limited to personnel who need it to operate and support the Service — for example, to investigate a support request, prevent fraud or abuse, or maintain the technical infrastructure. Such personnel are required to keep this content confidential and to use it only for these purposes.
Because the App and the Bot share common technical infrastructure and a single Kadrum account and Credits balance (Section 4.4), personnel of the Bot Operator (see Section 1) also have access to photo, video, and facial data across all access channels, including data from users of the App, for the same operational and support purposes described above. The Bot Operator's personnel are likewise required to keep this content confidential and to use it only for these purposes; their access is addressed in more detail in the Bot Terms.
Other than our own personnel and the Bot Operator's personnel described above, the only third parties that may process your photo or video are the AI infrastructure providers we use as processors to technically perform the generation (for example, providers of generative-AI models or cloud GPU compute). These processors:
These processors may be located outside Armenia and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this is the case and applicable law requires it (in particular, the EU General Data Protection Regulation), we ensure an adequate level of protection through an adequacy decision under GDPR Article 45 or, in its absence, through Standard Contractual Clauses under GDPR Article 46. You may request more information about the specific processors we use by contacting support@kadrum.pro.
By default, your uploaded photos, videos, and generated results are not used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model — ours or any third party's. If we ever introduce an optional feature that allows you to contribute your content to model training or improvement, it will be strictly opt-in, clearly explained, and will require your separate, explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
The generation of images and videos by the Service is performed by generative AI models without human involvement in producing the specific output. This constitutes automated processing of the content you provide. Because generative AI is probabilistic, the exact outcome cannot be predicted in advance, and results may vary even for similar inputs. By using a generation feature, you acknowledge that your photo or video will be processed in this automated manner as described in this section.
The Service is a creative and entertainment tool. It is not designed, and must not be used, for identity verification, surveillance, background checks, or any decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects on a person. We do not use the photos or facial data we process to make automated decisions about you that have such effects.
We use the data described above to:
Other than as described in Section 15.5 for photo/video processing, we may share data with:
We do not share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
Your account data, technical data, and (during the retention period described in Section 15.4) your photos, videos, and generated results are stored using reputable third-party cloud hosting and infrastructure providers. We may change our hosting providers and server locations from time to time without prior notice, including locations outside Armenia and the European Economic Area; where applicable law requires it, we apply the safeguards described in Section 15.5 for such transfers. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and apply reasonable technical and organizational security measures, including access controls and regular security review, to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may delete your account and all associated data (including photos, videos, and generated results) at any time. You can initiate deletion from within the App (open Settings → Delete account), or, without reinstalling the App, by following the instructions on our account deletion page at https://kadrum.pro/info/delete-account/ or by contacting support@kadrum.pro. We process deletion requests within 30 days (usually sooner) and confirm by email once completed. We may retain a limited set of records only where required by law (such as transaction records for tax and accounting purposes — never your card or bank details) or for legitimate fraud-prevention purposes; such retained records do not include your photos, videos, or generated results.
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct inaccurate data, by contacting support@kadrum.pro.
Where our processing relies on your consent (such as uploading a photo for generation), you may withdraw that consent at any time by simply not using the relevant feature, or by deleting your account.
You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by contacting support@kadrum.pro. Transactional messages necessary for the operation of the Service (e.g., purchase confirmations) are not subject to opt-out.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that grants you specific statutory privacy rights (such as the right to object to processing or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority), nothing in this Privacy Policy limits those rights.
The Service is not directed to, and may not be used by, individuals under 16 years of age (see Section 3.1). We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a person under 16, we will delete it promptly.
Our use of data through the iOS App and Android App is also reflected in the privacy information Apple and Google require us to disclose in their respective app listings (Apple's "App Privacy" details and Google's "Data Safety" section). Those disclosures are kept consistent with this Privacy Policy.
We may update this Agreement at any time, to reflect changes in the Service, our practices, or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. The current version is always published at https://kadrum.pro/app/terms-and-policy/ and referenced in the App, with the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after an update is published constitutes your acceptance of the changes. We encourage you to review this document periodically.
This document constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Operator regarding your use of the Service and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights under this Agreement without restriction.
If you have any questions about this Agreement, the Service, or your personal data, please contact us:
